I am shocked as a prospective tenant to find out how you handle your current tenants and their concerns.
Akaibi and Josh should not be threatened with legal action for wanting to warn people of your poor service. I think scaring your tenants away from writing an honest review of your company’s service is disingenuous and worrying. I believe you have caused unnecessary stress and harm and should be looking to rectify this immediately.
Your website claims tenants want to continue renting with you property after property which i think is so far from the truth.
I’m now looking to avoid this company and I urge any other prospective tenants to reconsider for your mental and physical well-being.

I have been trying to reach you through emails and phone calls regarding my security deposit. But as always my emails are not responded. I still haven't received my deposits because it was sent to the wrong account number from your end. It's was a 15 digit account number and you've sent it to the 16 digit account number, so the amount should have bounce back to your account. If it was a small amount I could have ignored it but its 250 GBP. And I just don't understand why is it so hard to get back the deposits from your agency and I don't know for how long do I have to keep emailing for it. I hope you get this message and revert back to me.

I stayed in 1 of their properties 1 Cliff Mount for 3 months and 15 days. I wish I could give zero star. The main reasons are.
1. As per the tenancy agreement the deposit will be paid with 15 days of end of tenancy but it's been 1month and half already but still there is no news of refund of deposit. When asked on email their response would be " payment will be done this Friday". But it seems like they don't have Fridays in calender because the deposit hasn't been credited till date. I have always made sure to pay the rent on 1st of every month. They make us pay the rent in time and it is mentioned in the agreement contract that if the rent is not paid within three days of due date they charge extra fees but they themselves are so irresponsible that they couldn't even make the payment of deposits in time. I don't even remember how many emails I have send them. They usually respond to emails within a day or two but when it comes to deposit refund they choose to ignore emails.
2. They always delay in fixing things in the property eg, broken shower it took them 3 weeks to send someone to fix it. Some days they send people to do this or that without prior email to the tenants that they are sending someone to check this or that.
3. They took the things that I left for my friend which was in the living area and they never even communicated with anyone in the property to check whether it belong to any of them or not. And when they were asked they blamed the cleaning lady and they keep making excuses that they weren't able to contact her.
I wouldn't recommend such irresponsible agents.

I was looking for student accommodation and they had somewhere and I moved in pretty swiftly. Staff were friendly and the room was a good price. Paid my rent on time no issues. I left a couple of months ago and was told my deposit would be returned to me within 10 days of the end of the contract. It's now been 2 months later with no response from them regarding any of this. I've sent multiple emails to cover my own back which have largely gone ignored. I'm considering taking them to small claims court to get it sorted. Avoid yourself the hassle.
