The service provided was professional at the beginning and they have helped me through every step required. The only problem was at the end with getting my deposit back. the problem was that the contract was done directly with the landlord. The agency wasn't responsible for anything that was happening (not returning my deposit) but they never mentioned that, although i have been dealing with them throughout all my letting, I was not 'doing business' with them but with the landlord. After 3 months of me leaving, i finally got my money back with some help from the agency, even though they didn't 'care' much at the beginning. I advice any future tenant to try to clear out whit whom they are indeed signing the contract and to request the confirmation of the deposit protection scheme. This way, you'll have less trouble getting the money back at the end of tenancy

Fees are reasonable, apart from the renewal fee, which we are not convinced is needed. However, that was negotiated to acceptable for both parts price.
