We completed yesterday on a house which we purchased through Cromwells in Wallington. Chanelle was our negotiator and from the day we met her at the viewing of the house we both warmed to her due to professionalism, knowledge and friendly personality. During the process Chanelle was always accessible either by phone, email or Whatsapp.
Nothing we asked her to do was too much trouble. She dealt with queries between us and vendors within a timely manner, we never had to wait any unreasonable length of time for her to get back to us.
We were really impressed with the level of customer service offered by Cromwells, I would definitely recommend them.

We dealt with Cromwell's as a buyer and were impressed with their support so when we came to sell we went with them as our agent. They were extremely good - it makes all the difference having a good agent when dealing with selling a home and Cromwell's were knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and efficient. We had an offer within 3 weeks of listing and they proactively helped us chase down the chain to get the sale closed on a tight deadline. They were always available on the phone and email.

This is the second time we've used Cromwells (we purchased last time, and have now sold), and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
All the way from the start of the valuation process, getting on the market, locking in a buyer, and chasing all the necessary parties, the whole team have really put the effort in without any grumbling and performing to an extremely high standard. Communication has been excellent, everyone really friendly and willing to take the time to explain what was going on at various stages of the process. Their knowledge of the rapidly changing market (specifically inflated prices causing mortgage offers to fall through) was excellent as well, and having all the info up front allowed us to list and sell at a fair market rate without any surprises.
If you're considering buying one of their properties, or listing with Cromwells, don't think about it anymore... just do it!
I started to specifically thank each staff member, but I think I've spoken to everyone in the Wallington Office in the last 6 months, and would give every single person a 5* rating!

Sally and Kate organised the sale of our 3 bedroom house. The team were very swift ensuring our video tour and property particulars were uploaded onto the Cromwells website as well as the property search engines. They hosted a great opening day at our property, whilst we didn't sell our property on this day we subsequently had plenty of buyers to view the house. We had lovely buyers in the end and they were the perfect buyers for our property. The team at Cromwells ensured we were kept informed in a timely manner and helped our buyers and us meet the stamp duty deadline in June 2021! It was a success and relief!
