I vacated the property on the 31st of July and the final check out was done on the same day. During check out I was advised that the property was immaculate and I should receive my deposit back within 7 working days. This came and went without me hearing anything from countrywide. Chris Williams is incompetent. I have had the same issue with him - he doesn't respond to phone calls or emails, and when you do finally track him down you'll be told Countrywide's email server, or...
