This agency is a joke all round. They are so unhelpful and have such a bad attitude its unreal. From never calling back when trying to get the keys to move into the property, to the hugely bad attitude the manager had when trying to complain about the treatment from the staff. It took a week... What agent could do to change your mind?
If they had done their job properly and called people back when they said they would. Also they need to sort their bad attitudes out.
