Delayed giving my deposit back despite numerous calls (can prove this with my phone records). Unprofessional service, Vikash Kumur sent an email about MY DEPOSIT to the new tenant of the flat and cc'd me in. What agent could do to change your mind?
Try being honest and fair by returning deposits promptly. Try being proactive and asking how you want the fund returned. Try being professional and contact the right person when you are dealing with your clients. Try reading the Data Protection Act.
