Thieves! They have been illegally and without any excuse withholding my tenancy deposit for 2 months after the tenancy ended, although my former Landlord has since long ago given his consent for it to be returned in full! Stay away from Countrywide in... Read Full Review

15 May 2021Same here, although it's 'only' been a month for me. I requested my deposit back in writing, agreed deductions with the landlord (because I had not choice), and filled in the paperwork....
