Was using them as my letting agent and rent was constantly late leaving me in mortgage arrears even thought tenants had always paid her on time. Unprofessional, Un helpful, dishonest, thieve, horrible horrible horrible agent. Please save yourselves lots of headache, lots of losses and avoid this agent, the old witch jane ryan.. I would advise anyone else looking for management to use anyone in preference to Cousins. They do the minimum possible. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
