Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
We ask all of our landlords to submit a coplaint via email to Richard@cornerstoneletting.com We will then investigate the issue and respond within 48 hours of the complaint.Should you not be satisfied with the outcome of any complaint, then you can take the complaint to the Property ombudsman scheme of which we are a member in order for an independant review.
