I have just recently rented out my property through Cornerstone.I dealt with Richard mainly,he was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all my questions straight away and returned my calls and e-mails very promptly. We have used other letting agents before we found this agency and can't recommend cornerstone enough. We have been with them now for about 5 years and would not go anywhere else now. Any problems we have had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Richard especially has been extremely efficient. Don't go anywhere else I'd say.

Cornerstone has managed my property for 5 year now and I continue to be happy with them. The property must be very close to 100% occupancy. Cornerstone has managed my property for 5 year now and I continue to be happy with them. The property must be very close to 100% occupancy. Rent has been very good, considerably more than DJ Alexander who managed the property before I switched Cornerstone. Richard and his team are very professional and have allowed me to be hands off allowing me to focus on my day job, only contacting me with periodic inspection reports, invoices or maintenance decisions that need my attention.

Cornerstone and especially Richard are exceptional. I have no problems. Everything runs smoothly and Richard is always available to attend to any issues we might have as foreign , absentee landlords. He responds rapidwith queries and goes the extra mile to solve issues . Proof of our satisfaction is that we have recommended him to manage apartments for our friends investing from South Africa. Between the 3 of us we now have Richard managing 7 Quartermile apartments on our behalf.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
We ask all of our landlords to submit a coplaint via email to Richard@cornerstoneletting.com We will then investigate the issue and respond within 48 hours of the complaint.Should you not be satisfied with the outcome of any complaint, then you can take the complaint to the Property ombudsman scheme of which we are a member in order for an independant review.
