This company was managing our flat in Cotham Bristol. Our last tenants moved out in early September 2019 due to extensive issues with rising damp. After the tenants moved out and an inspection was carried out the property was in a deplorable state. Since that time we have been trying to get the issues resolved. We had an independent contractor performed a damp report which we received on the 28th of October 2019. Since then, we have been trying to get quotes from companies to get the problems rectified. We got our first quotation on the 21st of April, 7 months after the tenants moved out. Since then they haven’t been able to arrange any more visits for quotation. On the 28th of May we were informed that they had lost the keys for the property. I asked them to change the locks at Connells expense which they agree to do. On the 9th of June they informed that the first locksmith had let them down and it the locks hadn’t been changed. . Since then I haven't heard anything and they are not responding to my emails.
Here we are, 10 months after the tenants moved out and we are still no closer to getting these problems resolved and the property is not in a habitable state.
