Unbelievably useless. They will tell you exactly what you want to hear to get your custom, even if its lies. Our experience with Connells in Lichfield was not a pleasant one! We eventually sold our property through them, but only after repeated phantom purchasers enabled them to retain their contract, allowing them time to search for an actual purchaser.
