There are many good estate agents to sell your house with in Ivybridge, but Connells certainly aren’t one of them. Having just completed a purchase with them, I can confidently say I would never sell with them – even if they were the last estate agent in business. They seem... Read Full Review

Our experience of selling a property through Connells was a bad one. During the process we raised a complaint. Connells then found out how much we had offered and engineered a gazumping. We complained, but they... Read Full Review
They could have been more understanding when we complained and simply apologised. Instead they insisted they hadn\'t broken the law and wouldn\'t back down in the slightest. Seriously, all we wanted was an apology, but they stood by their despicable behaviour which while legal, was not moral.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
