I wish I had looked up reviews before handing over money to this company! I paid a holding deposit, when this fell through I spent a month chasing my money. Sent it circles and fed lie, after lie. Connells surveyors dont have a clue about house prices, down valued our house by £200k, meaning we were 2.5% over the target LTV and cost us £200 per month? Very disappointed with this estate agents. They started off very helpful, returned calls, returned emails etc then once we exchanged on our property they didn't want to know.
