I sold my house very seamlessly which was a pleasant surprise. I was very sceptical of estate agents and they haven proven me wrong. What agent could do to change your mind?
They should have given me feedback after each viewing. After 10 to 12 weeks they should have made contact to look at the property and assess why the property had not sold and what could be done.
