Do not use them they are useless. Staff turnover over is massive, poor communication, admin ( for example they are unable to find a contract they claim my tenant signed) etc and if you have a problem and need to escalate they refuse to give the phone number of the Area Manager. I feel the fees Connells ask for are extremely just and fair. I had other agents offer me cut price fees to compete with Connells but, I feel with the service given the fees are at an extremely generous rate!
