I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Clive Emson as a tenant. Communication was non-existent, with zero effort made to keep tenants informed about important matters. i own aproperty in rye, east sussex - rye river cafe - i am the owner and the license holder. i was amazed to see a for sale board out side the building and it is booked into an auction in april. how? what happened to legl clarification ?? how can they sell my property without my knowledge???? is...
