I would not recommend working with Clem Woodward as a letting agent. In my experience, he has shown little regard tenant welfare. Despite independent inspections confirming that damp and mould issues were caused by the property itself, he failed to ensure the landlord took appropriate action. ... Read Full Review

This letting agent is a joke, he makes people homeless by changing locks after many complaints about certain things in the property not working e.g heating etc. They then also discloses personal information to friends and family.
