I haven't seen such a cheaters ever. Be very careful with them. They want all of your deposit once you want to leave your tenancy. Believe me, they will find a way to get your money. I have go to TDS(dispute) to get back my deposit. For them, going to dispute is either win or loose nothing... Read Full Review
