From the first showing of the apartment to the day we returned the keys, we experienced Mark Forrester of Christo & Co as friendly and reasonable. We have moved out of the property two months ago and still haven't received our deposit which is 1800 pounds. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
