Very slow in fixing problems with the property, I.e 6 weeks to fix a lock on patio doors, leaving the property unsecured. 4 weeks to fix a cooker. Details as re-listed today say " gas fire" which is electric, no tv aerial and "borders in back garden " which don't exist. No... Read Full Review

Get new staff who are competent at their job.

So slowwww... if you want to rent ASAP never use their service. Tool applications and money, after week calling that there is missing information what means that they looked at it after week.. then about references.. they been sent but after couple days they are saying that they didnt get it......
