We moved into a property in the area and it was a complete shambles. We moved into a property in the area and it was a complete shambles. After speaking to George Porter at Chestertons, we were assured it would be fully furnished, but when we arrived, furniture promised in the flat, such as a sofa, was simply not there when we arrived due to previous tenants taking it with them. We were offered a small compensation amount, and when we spoke to Hannah Al-Sayyah Marla and explained it did not simply cover the costs, she threatened to hold the money they offered.

Just had an amazing experience. We sold our flat through Chestertons Kew after only two weeks even though we had had it in the market for around 6?months with no progress. Just had an amazing experience. We sold our flat through Chestertons Kew after only two weeks even though we had had it in the market for around 6?months with no progress. We also purchased our new home with them. They were very professional and great at speeding things up with the lawyers to get things moving. Natasha, Daniel and Lizzy were very good. Overall, extremely happy.

Chestertons in Kew and Richmond have recently concluded the sale of our Richmond house. We interviewed many agents but really appreciated the thoughtful approach and early commitment to our sale that Daniel demonstrated. All the negotiators involved from the Kew and Richmond offices were professional from the start, putting in the effort to 'know the house'. They were efficient and courteous, and all the interactions we had with them were both informative and enjoyable. From the many viewings they achieved, to handling the offers, to guiding the process from offer to exchange to completion - everything proceeded in a stress free manner. The two offices liaised efficiently on the sale and provided double resource to generate interest and get buyers to view the house.
