You could of apologised. Not one person has accepted any blame in our situation. You have belittled us, and you have most certainly conned us. We want to see action from you, but nothing has happened. If you reimbursed us for the cost of the garden and cleaning, and sorted out the spare room and pipe in utility room, like you had originally promised, then we can forget all about this and move on, as we are reasonable people. To me it seems as if you are just keeping us hanging by a thread, until we eventually give up and sort it out ourselves, at our own cost! You have done absolutely nothing, and we have called every day to see results. We will NOT let this go!
