On a recent house purchase, Cooper Green Pooks were fantastic. Special mention has to go to Sarah Elms, who allowed us to arrange several visits to the house before purchase, for quotes on jobs we knew were needed and was always prompt in her replies to any other queries we had. Fees were good and project costs very slightly over but that was down to me wanting a few extra things done.
