We used Cartwright Hands to market our property during lockdown.
They were courteous and helpful and kept us up to date with the viewings and we sold on day 1!

seems impossible to do business with the slack admin of this company!! you can phone and leave messages, re land for sale,ended up missing the auction through it!! this weekend sent message on property enquiry for viewing a property and guess what??? no person got back to me,,why am I surprised.... seems impossible to do business with the slack admin of this company!! you can phone and leave messages, re land for sale,ended up missing the auction through it!! this weekend sent message on property enquiry for viewing a property and guess what??? no person got back to me,,why am I surprised. even phoned just now on then press 1 for the sales team, end up getting conveyancing assistant wheres she cant get an answer!! want to make a complaint?? no the director is out?? ok whens hes back, not sure!!! really poor customer service skills detrimental to the success of the company I would say.

I've been renting with them for a year and they are scanbags , After Ieft they want to charge me for a damage in the carpet which was in the house already when we moved in covered with another piece of the same carpet , now they wanna charge us for tne replacement of the whole carpet which is... Agency fees are expensive , anything is a reason to charge you I never saw anyone charge you to give references

list but no one give me ring ! I rang them every single day perhaps they have my phone records and today he said there are other person are interested! How this is possible i was in top ! They know i rang them every day They know i was interested at last he could ring me and let me know about landlord offer you told he said u wasnt in top list but i was as they said even landlord know i was first person who was interested for this shop
