Well what can I say
What a bunch of cow boys wouldn't let them run me a bath let alone a rental business
And many others have said it all about the money
They rented us a bungalow in bexhill which wasn't up to health and safety standards let alone the damp flees and silver fish which we had to pay for to get rid off
As soon as you ask for something to be fixed.. oh you get given notice
But I shall have the last laugh as little common office when I see you and the landlord in court
End of tenancy check out what a joke
Place was painted and professionally cleaned and they complain about damp
I could be really nasty and post all the pictures we have too but I think they can wait
Oh and be careful as they think because they are rebranding as burgess as they have sold it
Revenge is sweet as it will be going into news papers too very soon
I will get my money which is owed to be
Please beware they haven't a clue

Terrible Management of the property that I rent out. They are entrusted and paid to look after the property and all the legal requirements that go with it. Terrible Management of the property that I rent out. They are entrusted and paid to look after the property and all the legal requirements that go with it.
They lost all of my records, let regulated checks and certificates on the property lapse and were unaware of the renewal dates of these. Transfer from previous agent of funds were not carried out, even after a year they are still outstanding.
I went with Burgess as they have always had a good reputation and I have dealt with them on the Sales side but this has destroyed any trust I had in them and I will not use them again for any kind of service.

We bought our new property through Burgess and can honestly say that they were with us on this rollercoaster all the way. We had a few challenges from our solicitor's end but Siobhan and Tina were so supportive and helpful and did go the extra mile in sorting things out. I truly believe that without their help we would not have been able to secure this purchase. The office team were also helpful and friendly whenever we called and would always call back. I can't rate this team highly enough and would have no hesitation in recommending them for buying or selling. Thank you does not seem enough.

Burgess and Co are by far the best Estate Agent in the Bexhill area. They make every effort to ensure that sale throughout a whole chain proceed as fast and effectively as possible and get a completion acceptable to the whole chain.
In our case they did most of the work that should have been carried out by the agent for our purchase and the managing agent for the property we are purchasing. I would recommend them to anyone
