I joined a house hold half way through a letting agreement with this easte agent. They at first seemed very friendly. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agency was unprofessional, penalising use after the checkout day, even though no problems were brought up at checkout when we were present. The agency then lied to me when changing their mind to made a few pounds. Terrible customer service.

20 May 2015In 17 years of being in business this is the first negative review we have received. This tenant left the property he was referring to in April 2013. The property was left in a dirty condition...
