Town & Country Property Services are some of the best agents I've dealt with in Brighton. They only deal with rentals (not sales), so they're committed to the best service for their landlords and tenants. I believe they're some of the lowest in Brighton, which is such a relief as it feels like most agents are just trying to fleece you.
