I have been using Bridge Property Services for the last 10 years and was surprised to see the poor reviews. Bridge currently manage 3 of my properties and I have never had any issues with them. Their team is highly professional and dedicated.
They have always managed to find good tenants for my properties and resolved any maintenance issues promptly without my tenants complaining.
I would highly recommend Bridge Property Services for you if you need to sell or manage your property.

Appalling. Highly unprofessional agent. It took me two weeks to view-after 5 phonecalls! Then I had a bizarre text on a weekend 'confirming' an appointment for that day. When i met Kalyan, the agent he seemed a real wideboy, stating that he could ‘get me a deal', and that he wouldn't do... Read Full Review

Appalling. Highly unprofessional agent. It took me two weeks to view-after 5 phonecalls! Then I had a bizarre text on a weekend 'confirming' an appointment for that day. When i met Kalyan, the agent he seemed a real wideboy, stating that he could ‘get me a deal', and that he wouldn't do this for anyone else. I gave him my offer and then proceeded to chase him and his team via phone/text/email to no avail. Finally a fortnight later the property has been 'sold stc' on their website. Called to vent my frustration, only to be told that the landlord had sold it privately. Reminded him he wasn't allowed to advertise his own successes on the website if in fact he hadn't sold that property! Buyers and sellers should Avoid at all costs

What agent could do to change your mind?
You need to keep applicants updated all the time. When you say you will phone or email back, always do so. Kalyan\'s grasp of English is not sufficient to sell a house. He\'s constantly using phrases such as, \"means like\" - Which don\'t actually mean anything.
