Appalling. Highly unprofessional agent. It took me two weeks to view-after 5 phonecalls! Then I had a bizarre text on a weekend 'confirming' an appointment for that day. What agent could do to change your mind?

You need to keep applicants updated all the time. When you say you will phone or email back, always do so. Kalyan\'s grasp of English is not sufficient to sell a house. He\'s constantly using phrases such as, \"means like\" - Which don\'t actually mean anything.
