I did not get that from the other 2 agents. Their fees were also reasonable compared to other agents.

One I agreed to go ahead with Brian Cox they prepared marketing materials within few days and the the overall process was very smooth. They responded to all the queries very quickly. Overall very happy with their services.

Dealt with Orlagh Murray and make an offer on a property in Northolt which was accepted by the owner only to get a telephone call from Orlagh 5 days later saying that a higher offer had been made and did I want to increase my offer but the owners would probably accept the other one as they had nothing to sell. I wasn't told at any time that the property was still having viewings after my offer had been accepted and that other viewings had been booked for over the weekend. Would never deal with Brian Cox again as they do not tell you the whole story. I have to travel 70 miles to view the property.

I would like to start this review by saying that it's has been an absolute pleasure to work with Brian Cox and specially Jeff. My home buying process has seen its own share of obstacles which had lead to situations where as the buyer I almost wanted to pull out from buying this property. Jeff has been a constant support for me in this whole process where he has actively listened to the queries and followed up multiple times with the sellers and other corresponding parties in order to ensure that the problems reach a proper solution. Jeff has been proactive in his approach and have used his prior experience on this area to provide advise and achieve solutions for different problem areas. We had a confirmed offer from a different estate agent, however we found out he was somewhat dishonest so we contacted Jeff. He came round to visit us and made us feel comfortable, positive and restored faith within the industry. We felt that we could trust him from the beginning. Jeff and his team adapted their approach to the sale of our house to meet our requirements and at all stages kept us updated. They have made the sale of our house very stress free; and even so the sale has completed they still contacted us to see how we were getting on. I would highly recommend Jeff and his team and have done so by recommending them to friends and neighbours. With Jeff and his team we were able to obtain a higher sale figure than our previous estate agents. Many thanks to all at Brian Cox.
