I chose Bramleys to sell my late fathers property as they were local and at the time had an office in Heckmondwike. Communication was good as I could easily call in I was passing. When the office moved to Mirfield I expected that communication would be a litle difficult but I could not have been more wrong. Amy and Jean promised and they delivered. My phone calls were returned, messages passed on and at times when I was not available they would send me a text. Records were kept up to date which meant that the Hudderfiled office were also able to help at busy times. I would recommend Bramleys and the time came to sell my property I would be contacting Bramleys.

I can’t recommend at Mirfield Branch highly enough! Amy was absolutely incredible from start to finish during what turned out to be a very long and stressful sixmonth process. She truly went above and beyond every step of the way.

What stood out most was her constant communication—she kept me updated throughout, even chasing and coordinating with the other side’s solicitors to keep things moving. I was in a position where I had to sell my Mother's house after she had an accident & had to move to sheltered accomodation. I selected Bramleys as my Mother & Aunt had previously used them to buy & sell houses. I cannot recommend the services of Bramleys enough. Their help, assistance and professionalism were superb, especially as it was to market my 85 year old Mum's house. Gemma valued the house and guided Mum through the whole process with ease, organising the EPC, and sorted all the viewings with a 100% successful conclusion. The ladies in the Heckmondwike branch were wonderful sorting the negotiations, pushing the conveyancing process at every opportunity and were tremendous at every step. They were a very happy bunch and I cannot praise them enough.
We had 3 valuations and Bramleys were absolutely right for selling Mum's house for so many reasons- their location, their fees, their knowledge of the area, negotiating skills, and the wonderful rapport they made happen between Mum, themselves and myself (daughter). Thank you #TeamBramleys!
