Be warned, this is a dire branch, very bad staff who lie and steal, never give your pin number for who looks after your deposit, they will ask for it, so they then have your money, they do not deal with repair issues unless your landlord is willing to pay inflated repair costs, they will use in... What agent could do to change your mind?
More professional support to tenants as well as landlords. Give tenants details of who to contact in an emergency and ensure that there will be someone to help (sometimes emergencies happen at the weekend too).
