Five stars the girls in the Beverley office, one star the initial salesman's assessment.
The sale has taken over 15 months and needed a 15% reduction in the first price to achieve this.
The initial assessment way over priced the property and said they had 6070 people on the books looking this type of bungalow. During the first month of launch, no more than five viewings took place. The girls in the office were already saying that the marketplace was very tough.
After our initial thoughts that we'd made a mistake, the girls did all they could to help, but it took much longer than the initial meeting implied.
It's just sold, but it took some time.
