After Beercocks recently sold our neighbours house in good time, we asked them to value ours when we decided to move. The whole process was explained well and simply, and Jack was particularly patient with us (We last moved 22 years ago and had a myriad of questions him). Exactly four week after our house went on the market it was sold subject to contract, and thanks to Jack's help and advise we had an offer accepted on a house to move into. Thank you very much. :)

Having a poor experience with Beercocks in the past I was very wary about purchasing a house through them.
