I let my Croydon property through Barnard Marcus. They messed up everything. They kept sending arrears letters to my tenants when they weren't in arrears. They simply teamed up with the landlord and went out of their way to be unhelpful. I had to ask my solicitor to call them, and they even started to dodge his call. They still have not provided me with a reason why my wife of 6 years cannot live with me in this 2 bed flat. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
