Very poor customer service. Not replying to emails and need to be hard pushed to fulfill basic contractual obligations like collecting meter readings, informing utility companies or returning the deposit. Absolutely dire. I would not inflict them on anyone. Quick enough to take your money but slow when it comes to repairing things. Which is frequent.
