one member of staff at coleshill branch has the worst attitude I have ever come across they under valued my house at over £30,000 but was assured not to worry because the other houses put on the market for far more would be down valued by the mortgage lenders this wasn't the case I felt... The customer service of the staff at this branch is appalling. They are unfriendly on the phone and only want to talk for a minimal amount of time just to get the answers they need and then they can't wait to get you off the phone. Terrible communication. Wanted us to reduce after 2 weeks on the market with them to a ridiculous price. Did not know their area. 2 viewers in 2 months - one hadn't sold, one not interested viewed in 3 minutes, probably just sent to keep us quiet! Very disappointed. Bad service for extortionate...
