We instructed bacon and co in order to sell out mothers home which was in probate. From the initial introduction and valuation with Anna to the completion of the sell we were highly impressed with how sensitive, professional and efficient bacon and co were. The empathy that was shown really made the difference do us when choosing an agent, as I said to myself agent can sell a home but given the circumstances of the sell this made a real difference. I always found Anna helpful and willing to spend time explaining processes.

Sale of my late mothers property.
I originally met with Anna to discuss a probate valuation on my late mothers property. I was impressed with her professionalism from the start, so I had no hesitation with her dealing with the sale as well.
During the process, every member of the Bacon and Co team were excellent. Sophie and Josh were my regular contacts, together with Anna, i was very impressed. They provided a courteous service and always had the latest information at their fingertips. I often found that they knew more than the solicitors!!
I would recommend them to anyone based on the service that was provided.

Every new bit of information or update Natasha has she communicated to me to ensure I knew where we were and how the sale was progressing. Honestly, she was amazing!! I certainly was not disappointed when I did.
Anna and young Josh had made the whole experience less stressful with great communication with myself and the viewings.
Once sold, there was some frustrating times with the buyer. Anna took that stress and frustration and dealt with the situation with the buyer extremely well, giving me peace of mind and less stress.
I felt extremely looked after. Anna had my best interest in getting me the best price. Which she did.
I could not fault in any way.
Thankfully we now have our forever home, so will not ever have to go through selling again. Which is good as we don't have bacon and go in Scotland.
Thank you Bacon in Goring. Fantastic lot!
Especially to you Anna for being part of our transition from Worthing to Scotland making it less stressful as it could have been.
