They cut my house pipe broke my kitchen units . They made such a mess in my house . I given them 7 days Notice to fixed they just ignored. Chargers g too much from landlord and poor lodgers not guide them properly. All untrained peoples working . Left my hairs key on the road . Is any one seen any State Agent left some house key out side . That how they deal . Poor students trapping in there fake offices .

We have used Aura Estate Ltd letting service for 3 years and we are very glad we did. This was our first, and only, letting experience and if it had not been for them we would have sold up years ago. They were so supportive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. If anything needed fixing they had very skilled and reasonably priced tradespeople on call. The team is led by Ellie Barrington and she is assisted by Alex And Ana-Maria. We can’t recommend them highly enough and if you’re looking for letting agents then they should be number 1 on your list.

We aim to deal with complaints promptly and sensitively, and be courteous and helpful at all times. We would hope, too, that you will be courteous and fair in your dealings with our staff at all times. All complaints received will be dealt with confidentially and in accordance with the requirements of the UK General Data Protection Regulation.
Complainant has every right make complain with the TPO( the property ombudsman)if the complainant does not satisfy with our response to deal the complain.
