**DON'T USE ASSETS!** We are a company that specialise in renovation work for investors of properties. What agent could do to change your mind?
**DON’T USE ASSETS!** We are a company that specialise in renovation work for investors of properties. I felt the need to write this review because I feel people need to know how Assets Estate Agents conduct their business affairs. We was called by an investor to attend a property to Quote for a complete renovation, this was just outside our area of work do to the distance but we was ensured by the investor he wanted the work doing asap. We contacted Assets and explained the situation and was informed a member of their staff could meet us on Wednesday 20th November to which we agreed. We arrived at the said property on the date above only to be left waiting for 45 minutes and for no one to show up!. We contacted the Assets office who then informed us that no one can go out but we could collect the key if we wanted too! We called on 26th November and asked if they had the key to which they confirmed they did, we stated we would be there in 30 minutes. We arrived on time but was informed they didn’t have the key!.... We have now contacted our investor and sadly refused to undertake the work due to the actions of Assets Estate agents.. Avoid getting you time and your contractor’s time wasted by using a more organised agent if you are an investor seeking property. ASSETS PLEASE NOTE: Your staff are unorganised and are unprofessional in their approach to work. You need to re train your staff on morals, attitude and commitment if not you will keep receiving negative feedback.

We've had regular correspondence with 3 of the Assets Team - They are all excellent. Always willing to help, giving us more time than they would be expected to. They understand our requirements and only ever provide us with properties that fit that remit. It is a shame that they do not have a broader reach outside of their area. Highly recommended.
