The Estate Agent has not passed the name of the tenant to the Council for Council Tax. They pay the rent which the tenant paid them irrationally. Always saying there are repairs to be done. Transfer the rent when it is paid by the tenant Provide the receipt of job done and not their own invoice Provide the contact no. of those who did the job
