During the time I used this agency they repeatedly failed to get necessary maintenance done, always claiming that they had not been able to get workmen. What agent could do to change your mind?
Stop promising to perform services which they are incapable of providing.
Comments on Agent Fees
Their fees would have been OK if they had actually performed the services which the fees were supposed to cover. I was using an agent primarily in order to get maintenance done as I live 400 miles away. Getting maintenance done was outside their ability, as demonstrated by their continual excuses that they had been let down by workmen.
