During our 2 year tenancy, many maintenance issues were ignored, including a faulty door which prevented us accessing our second toilet for around 10 months. What agent could do to change your mind?

The employees of this company need to go and find other professions; preferably ones that keep their greedy, conniving and incompetent selves far away from the general public.
