would very much like to rent a property from Ann James but it seems they discriminate against single mums . I have a very good credit history , i have in excess of £100,000 and am willing to pay up to 12 months rent in advance but they still say they will not deal with me . I am sure if the home ... I put in a offer on a house with Anne James over six weeks ago, and they still have not sent the notification of offer, which is a legal requirment. Also despite telling me that I would have weekly updates and be kept informed I have had to chase them constantly. Invariably when I phone the person ... Read Full Review

We had our house up for sale with Anne James. Despite them marketing (I use the term losely) our property without signed off particulars or an agreement with the most awful pictures that we asked them to change on several occasions. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
