I have been with them for two years and have not received anything but requests for more money. I have been denied every single small request I made. I second the previous review of this letting agent. They are terrible money sucker. £60 every 6 months for the privilege to stay in our flat.£5 increase in the rent after just 2 years and then £10 the year later. £300 charged for my pet which I won't be reimbursed regardless of damage... What agent could do to change your mind?
They asked for a very big amount of money initially and it wasn't very clear what for, and then keep asking for more money (£60) every 6 months to renew the contract.

I would never use them again! Summary: high (hidden) fees, poor service. They will charge you an inventory fee, when you move in, check out fee, when you move out (£60-80 each), you have to pay £60 in each 6 month to renew your tenancy agreement.
