Brilliant service from start to finish. Jack Hollands was never less than totally professional, friendly and polite. More importantly, he was extremely patient on my quest to find a property I loved! Everything was made as painless and straightforward as possible from the first phone call I made to the agency right through to the tenancy paperwork. After meeting Jack, I cancelled the rest of the agents I had been in touch with as I was convinced I wouldn't get a better service anywhere else. I would definitely recommend Andrews Lettings to my family and friends. Totally five start service!

The property that we decided upon was dealt with quickly and professionally by Jack. All of the vetting process and payments were administered with absolutely no problem at all. The whole process was quick and efficient. Emails and calls were answered immediately.

We found Jack Hollands and the team at Andrews in High Barnet to be excellent. The whole process was quick and efficient. Emails and calls were answered immediately.
We moved into our property in February 2015 and it has been fantastic. Although we deal directly with the owner of the property we still greatly appreciate the hard work and excellent customer service provided to us by Jack and the team at Andrews in High Barnet.

I am glad that we have rented from Andrews as they seem to be very professional, friendly and honest. I believe that if we have any maintenance issues in the property that will get dealt with efficiently as well as any other queries we may have. I would recommend finding a property through them!

The fees for the contract arrangement and tenancy checks are too high and are above average in the market. The fee contact should have amendable clauses and bespoke if you are going charge what you do per person.

The agents always had time to talk us and thoroughly discuss the process, costs and fees and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I would rent through this agency again.

The most important thing I can say is that we felt that Andrews provided us with a personal and individual service. I would recommend them with out any hesitation. In fact, I introduced other family members to them as well!
Thanks to Tara and Jack for making our tenancy pleasant :)

My boyfriend and I moved into a one bedroom apartment with the help of Andrews and cannot recommend them highly enough. Bruce was utterly professional throughout the process, helping us secure a fast move in date and answering all our questions straight away. He called us out of office hours to give us the good news that our offer had been accepted, and provided consistent guidance and support throughout the entire process. Other staff we dealt with were polite and helpful, and this is easily the best agent either of us has used. We would definitely recommend Andrews to anyone looking to buy, sell, let or rent within the area, and look forward to dealing with them in the future.

I have used Andrews Letting & Management for over 6 years and have found their services invaluable. My contact is Tara Darling, and she is truly exceptional. Tara's key strength is her ability to be direct and very candid, and as a landlord I find this to be incredibly useful. She tells you what you need to hear and not just what you want to her, which helps you make informed decisions about the way your property.

Excellent customer service from start to finish.
Jack showed me the property to rent and kept me informed of what was happening. He was knowledgeable about the area and very friendly. Jack then went on holiday for a couple of days but emailed me and informed me who would be looking after the enquiry whilst he was away. On his return he rang me and I arranged to take the property. We came across a couple of problems in getting references and payments in place but at every point of the way Jack was there to help and guide us. We managed to get everything sort and a move in date within 1 week.
Once I had agreed to rent the property Tara took over. Tara manages the property on behalf of the landlord through Andrews. Tara was very efficient and had the documents all drawn up for us. Tara arranged for us to meet the landlord the same afternoon and arranged for the speedy repair of a couple of minor things in the house. Jack and Tara have both kept in touch to see if everything is going OK a few times since we moved in and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. I would certainly use them again and would be happy to recommend Jack, Tara and Andrews letting and Management.
