Terrible customer service. I called regarding a flat to rent and the person I spoke to said her college would ring me back that afternoon. Terrible customer service. I called regarding a flat to rent and the person I spoke to said her college would ring me back that afternoon. The following day I still had not been called and when I got in touch was told in a very offhand manner that the flat had been let. It seems this agency can only show manners and basic courtesy when taking your money and I definitely won't be going back to them later this year when I sell my house.
