It was easy to get the house listed. I sometimes felt that the communication could be improved slightly, staff updating each other and an answerphone would be better than being redirected to another office. Gill managed to get us a slightly higher price than we had first agreed and then helped with the hold up on our purchase property by contacting our sellers solicitor.

Lots of interest in the property.

Our experience from valuation to completion was superb. All members of the team were professional and very helpful throughout. We had not sold a property before so needed lots of advice and support; this was always provided promptly and sensitively (the house was being sold following a bereavement). We worked with all members of the Littleborough team from Sam who visited to value the house and Suzanne, Beth and Gill who organised viewings and helped us through each stage of the process. Their communication was excellent throughout. We would recommend Andrew Kelly's without reservation.
