Ambassador rented me a property which was in a state of disrepair and took months and months of deliberations with an oversees landlord to authorise repairs. The agency took on a property that was in a state of disrepair; the landlord didn't English and so requests for repairs and a rent reduction were nigh-on-impossible. I would never recommend Ambassador to anyone, keep *well* ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
