Absolutely awful lettings agent. Truly vile staff with zero consideration for their customers. They have extortionate agency fees and will at every opportunity try to squeeze more money out of you. Make up letting rules, such as: all letting agencies are obliged to charge 6 weeks deposit. The general fees they charge are higher than those of letting agencies from London, and they don't do absolutely anything for those fees. You would expect them to at least do the utilities meter reading ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
-Reword contracts -Reduce fees -DO NOT demand professional carpet cleaning if this was not done when moving in -Do some effort in the tenants favour -Show fees with VAT!!!! -Do not lie about properties just to get the tenants to sign the contract

We were told that the house would be cleared up before we moved in, with lightbulbs replaced the broken blind fixed. They weren't.
