Absolutely shocking experience with this agency. Me and my husband put in an offer over a month ago, the offer got rejected so we put two more offers in and on the third offer we heard absolutely nothing for three weeks from the agency. Absolutely shocking experience with this agency. Me and my husband put in an offer over a month ago, the offer got rejected so we put two more offers in and on the third offer we heard absolutely nothing for three weeks from the agency. The agent eventually phoned us up and told us that during the time we had sent them a third offer (which hadn’t been rejected or accepted) the agency had accepted another offer! However, because this offer had fallen through they got back in contact with us to ask for more money... They even asked to see a screenshot of our savings as they did not believe we had the savings for the deposit! The lead negotiator Carina also addressed me by the wrong name in a few emails.

I find it absolutely awful that they did not try and negotiate the price or communicate with us in the slightest during the course of the three week period of hearing nothing from them, bearing in mind that we offered £22500K more than the current owner paid for the property just over a year ago. This is exactly why the market is outrageously overpriced. Would highly recommend avoiding this agency.
